cPanel has announced that it will abandon the SquirrelMail webmail utility starting with version 78. This decision was made due to the fact that the software was no longer developed, the developer community that was responsible for this project giving it up.
After withdrawing this application, users will be able to use the webmail service through Horde and Roundcube.
